Spending my morning modding a pony avatar in SL into my pony OC. Body’s done (I had to make some modifications to her original design because of how the wings worked) and now I have to retexture the mane + tail & make her cutie mark. c:

anyhow lets push all that serious stuff out of the way yeah? this was my progress last night. about 2 hours of fiddling with the felis head texture to see how it wraps and what bits go where. colors may or may not change eventually, i just wanted a lot of contrast to really definitively show me where each piece was. singularity & photoshop actually ran really smoothly side by side for the entirety of that second hour when i finally decided to see if it was possible. though eventually SL did that thing where it crashes and hangs until i restart, (its a conflict with my windows i think, its only ever happened to me on this laptop) but bleh. restarting my computer once an hour is less annoying than having to close photoshop & re-open SL (and vice versa) every time i want to make any kind of texture tweak. (i asked uchi like last week if he was or would offer the textures to modders and he gave me them full perm [so i could save them] & free of charge! he’s really nice wweh ; u; )
