ok I am pissed. Not only did that douchecanoe trace over my friend’s art the little fruit-fly even had the audacity to insult this wonderful artist’s art. Bases are good as long as its YOURS and not a cheap trace-over of SOMEONE ELSE’S ART especially when the person didn’t even ask for PERMISSION.
Deviantart what are you doing. Augh. Does anyone know how to help my friend? D seriously doesn’t deserve her art stolen, correction, no one deserves their art stolen, claimed and insulted >:(

don’t get me wrong, pixel dolling & pixel doll bases are fine and fucking dandy to make and use. dolling is tons of fun and a great way to learn to make pixel art. BUT when basemakers are blatantly stealing other peoples’ work rather than making their bases from their own art or from scratch…
that’s such fucking bullshit and i don’t get how the fuck they think that’s ok.
and as usual, i don’t get why da staff seems to think it’s a-ok. that site is honestly a piece of trash. last time i reported a base they told me that unless the artist who was stolen from reported, they couldn’t & wouldn’t do jack shit.
